Terms of Service
Last updated: July 2026 — Beta/Tester Version
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Klaro ("we," "us," "our") during its closed beta/testing phase. By creating an account or using any Klaro tool, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Klaro.
Beta access
Klaro is currently available only to invited testers. Access is granted via a one-time invite code. You may not share your invite code or account credentials with others. Klaro reserves the right to revoke access at any time during the beta period.
Your account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
- You may not use Klaro for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm others.
Your data
You own the content you enter into Klaro's tools. We do not claim ownership of your business data, client information, or documents. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and used.
No warranties
Klaro is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no guarantees about uptime, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose. As an early-stage product, bugs and data loss are possible. We recommend keeping your own copies of important information.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Klaro and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss of data.
Changes to these terms
These Terms may be updated as Klaro develops. We'll update the "last updated" date when changes are made. Continued use of Klaro after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
