By using Klaro, you agree to these terms.
The service
Klaro provides free and paid ("Pro") tools for solo business owners. Free tools require no account. Pro tools require an active subscription.
Accounts
You're responsible for your account's security and the accuracy of information provided.
Subscriptions and billing
Pro access is billed monthly or annually as selected at signup.
Cancellation: self-serve cancellation is not yet available. To cancel or downgrade your subscription, contact [email protected] — we will process your request and you will retain Pro access through the end of your current billing period, with no partial refund for time already paid.
Acceptable use
Don't use Klaro for unlawful purposes or to store data you don't have the right to store.
No warranty
Klaro is provided "as is" during this beta period. We make no guarantee of uninterrupted availability.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA.
